AudibleHeaT operates a transactional SMS program tied to your booking and account activity. When you opt in you may receive:

• Booking confirmations

• Session reminders

• Account notifications

• Payment or order related alerts

• Other transactional studio related messages tied to your booking or account

Program details:

• Message frequency varies, typically 1 to 3 messages per booking

• Message and data rates may apply

• Reply STOP to opt out at any time

• Reply HELP for help

• Consent is not a condition of purchase and is not required to book or purchase any service

6. SMS Consent and Opt In

Consent to receive SMS messages from AudibleHeaT is user initiated and collected only through our booking page at https://booknow.audibleheat.com/members/book.

During checkout, customers see an unchecked opt in checkbox that reads:

"Text me my booking confirmation and a reminder 2 hours before my session."

The checkbox is unchecked by default. You must actively check the box to consent. Consent is not required to complete a booking or purchase.

The full opt in disclosure presented on the booking page reads:

"Msg and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies, typically 1 to 3 messages per booking. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. By checking this box you agree to receive automated text messages from AudibleHeaT and to our Privacy Policy."

After you opt in, you will receive a confirmation message that reads:

"AudibleHeaT: You are subscribed to booking confirmations and reminders. Msg frequency varies, typically 1 to 3 per booking. Msg and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel."

7. Opt Out Instructions

You can stop receiving SMS messages from AudibleHeaT at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP you will receive one final confirmation message that reads:

"You have been unsubscribed from AudibleHeaT messages and will receive no more texts. Reply START to opt back in."

After that message, we will not send you any additional SMS unless you opt back in through the booking page or by replying START.

8. Help Instructions

For SMS assistance, reply HELP to any of our messages. You will receive a response that reads:

"AudibleHeaT Help: For assistance call 757 828 4236 or email info@audibleheat.com. Msg and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe."

9. Data Security

We use industry standard safeguards to protect your information, including:
